铸件均衡凝固技术,1987年获国家科技进步二等奖。1990年列为国家重点科技成果推广项目,巳在全国28省市2900多家工厂应用。在节省能源和原材料、降低铸件废品率、提高铸件质量等方面取得了显著的社会经济效益。生产厂家在均衡凝固工艺、有限补缩原则、新的冒口类型及尺寸系列、大孔出流理论、新的浇冒口设计程序和工艺参数等方面,都有许多生动的应用实例和创新。均衡凝固课题组和全国79家工厂合作,对铸铁件均衡点P的位置、收缩时间分数AP/AC值与补缩率进行了生产统计研究,已取得突破性进展,铸铁件冒口设计已可以定量计算,均衡凝固基础理论和应用研究在不断深入。
