高校是培养社会主义现代化事业的建设者和接班人的重要阵地,近年来,很多高校发展学生党员的比例不断提高,虽然这在一定程度上满足了更多学生的入党愿望,但同时也给高校党建工作提出了新的挑战,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的必然要求。同时积极分子培养又是一项长线工作,周期性长,工作量大,因此工作思路的完善,是保证党员发展质量的关键问题,也是对积极分子培养机制的完善。
Colleges and universities are important positions for cultivating the builders and successors of the cause of socialist modernization. In recent years, the proportion of student party members in many colleges and universities has been continuously increasing.
