目的:探讨圆形分布中集中的测度r值与我市各种法定传染病季节性之间的关系。方法:根据各种法定传染病每月发病数计算圆形分布中集中的测度r值,分析其与各种法定病季节性之间的关系。并用百分构成显示的季节性进行核实。结果:①r值大于0.9者,有严格季节性;0.7~0.9者,有很强季节性;0.5~0.7者,有较强季节性;0.3~0.5者,有一定季节性;0.3以下者,季节性不明显。②百分比构成显示的季节性与r值相一致。③r值可进一步推算各病季节性高峰日及高峰期,该日期与实际情况基本相符。结论:圆形分布指标简明,且不受样本大小影响。既能反映各病季节性,还能推算其季节性高峰日期,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the r value of concentration in circular distribution and the seasonality of various notifiable infectious diseases in our city. Methods: According to the monthly incidence of all kinds of notifiable infectious diseases, the r value of concentration in the circular distribution was calculated, and the relationship between them and the seasonality of various statutory diseases was analyzed. And check the percentage of seasonal display. Results: ① r value of more than 0.9, there is a strict seasonal; 0.7 to 0.9, there is a strong seasonal; 0.5 to 0.7 who have a strong seasonal; 0.3 to 0 .5 who have a certain seasonal; less than 0.3, the seasonal is not obvious. ② The percentage composition shows seasonal and r values are consistent. ③ r value can further calculate the seasonal peak and peak disease, the date basically consistent with the actual situation. Conclusion: The circular distribution index is concise and independent of sample size. Not only reflect seasonal disease, but also calculate the seasonal peak date, it is worth to promote the application.
