研究指出,长白山天然矿泉水资源法律保护机制的完善程度,不仅关系着吉林省天然矿泉水产业的良性发展,同时对长白山地区生态资源的可持续发展具有潜在的重要影响。针对长白山天然矿泉水产业准入标准设计门槛偏低、整体知识产权保护战略的缺乏以及法律保护机制不健全的问题,应充分发挥法律机制的引导与规范作用,引入开发与保护并重的理念,建立健全长白山天然矿泉资源的法律保护体制,以提高长白山天然矿泉水资源开发与保护水平。
The research indicates that the perfection of the legal protection mechanism of natural mineral water in Changbai Mountain not only relates to the healthy development of natural mineral water industry in Jilin Province, but also has a potentially important influence on the sustainable development of ecological resources in Changbai Mountain.
