40个籼稻品种的风干种子经300Gyγ射线照射后,M_1代的部分不育率(33.5%—83.0%)存在较大差异。对3037品种 M_1代套袋穗不育率的调查表明,品种内个体间的差异比品种间更大。品种间以及品种内个体间辐射 M_1代不育率存在较大差异的结果说明,辐敏不育性很可能存在受遗传控制的因素,因此,通过某种育种途径选育辐敏核不育水稻的设想可望成为现实。
After 300Gy γ-ray irradiation, the percentage of partial sterility (33.5% -83.0%) of M_1 generation of dried seeds of 40 indica rice varieties was significantly different. The investigation of the male sterility rate of the bagged ear of 3037 variety M_1 showed that the difference among individuals within the breed was greater than that between the breeds. The results showed that there was a large number of genetic variations in M_1 generation among different cultivars and among individuals within the cultivars. Therefore, The vision is expected to become a reality.
