研究了在一水硬铝石型铝土矿焙烧过程中添加剂对焙烧矿溶出性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,在一水硬铝石型铝土矿焙烧过程中添加氟化铝 ,对焙烧矿的溶出性能有明显的改善作用。在铝土矿中添加 1%的氟化铝焙烧 ,经 185℃溶出 1h后 ,焙烧矿氧化铝的溶出率达 5 2 % ,比未添加时提高 15 %左右 ;且随着氟化铝添加量的增加 ,氧化铝的溶出率随之升高 ,当添加量为 5 %时 ,在同样溶出条件下氧化铝溶出率可达 71% ;而铝土矿添加 3%氟化铝焙烧 ,在 2 0 0℃溶出 1h ,氧化铝溶出率即可达到 88%。
The effect of additives on the dissolution properties of roasted ore during the roasting process of diasporic bauxite was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of aluminum fluoride in the diasporic bauxite roasting process has a significant improvement on the leaching performance of the roasted ore. When 1% aluminum fluoride was added into the bauxite, the dissolution rate of calcined alumina was 52% when it was roasted at 185 ℃ for 1h, which was 15% higher than that when it was not added. With the addition of aluminum fluoride , The dissolution rate of alumina increased with the addition of 5%, the dissolution rate of alumina reached 71% at the same dissolution condition; while the bauxite was calcined at 3% 0 ℃ dissolution 1h, alumina dissolution rate can reach 88%.
