从我国目前的小学教育来看,班主任在班级管理过程中还存在很多问题,严重影响了教学活动。本研究将根据小学班主任班级管理的实际情况,分析管理艺术在班级管理中的应用。
Judging from the current primary education in our country, the class teacher has many problems in class management and seriously affects the teaching activities. This study will analyze the application of management art in class management based on the actual situation of class management in charge of primary school teachers.
