党的多年发展证明了重视和依靠群众,将群众工作放在首位是我们党不断取得进步的主要原因。经济社会的高速发展促使我国各类矛盾不断激化,其中人民内部矛盾是社会矛盾的主体也是绝大多数矛盾的源头。在新的形势和环境下坚持将群众工作作为一项根本工作来做,要加强干部选举制度改革;坚持发展,提升综合国力和各项水平;加强权力监督,保证一切权力为人民。
The multi-year development of the party proves that attaching importance to and relying on the masses and giving top priority to the mass work are the main reasons for our party’s continuous progress. The rapid economic and social development has led to the intensification of various contradictions in our country. Among them, the contradictions among the people are the main body of social contradictions and the source of most contradictions. In the new situation and environment, we should adhere to the mass work as an essential task, strengthen the reform of the cadre election system, persist in development and enhance overall national strength and all levels, and strengthen supervision over power so that all power is guaranteed to the people.
