Medical and health system reform is an important national policy concerning the development of universal medical services and a major livelihood issue concerning the health of hundreds of millions of people. The full text explores the development of collaborative prevention and cure system of single disease of breast cancer in Shaanxi Province in order to better adapt to the reform direction, improve the system development and contribute to the promotion of women’s life and health.
