伦理经营是指以人为本,以崇高的价值观为导向,以超越法律的自律精神,积极负责地、合乎伦理地开展企业生产经营活动。中国传统文化中的仁爱、重义、尚礼、贵和、诚信等思想精髓,是现代企业伦理经营的重要思想源泉;可持续发展理论、企业社会责任理论、相关利益者理论、追求卓越理论、声誉管理理论等一些广为人知的现代西方学说,为现代企业伦理经营提供了强大的理论支撑;而近几十年来,发达国家的一些企业和组织,对企业伦理经营的实践和探索,又为更多的企业推行伦理经营提供了宝贵的经验和强大的动力。
