俗话说:“群雁翱翔,要靠头雁领航”。班组长的模范带头作用是一种无声的命令,具有很强的感召力。煤矿生产工作环境严劣,劳动强度大,不安全因素多,可以说井下作业条件千变万化。在各个采掘工作面,每一个班组就是一个相对独立的战斗集体,因而班组长的“领头雁”作用显得特别重要。 然而,要当好一名优秀的“领头雁”,也非易事,我以为必须具备以下素养和作风,才能带出一支强有力的战斗队伍。 其一,要从尊重、理解、关心职工入手,缩小与组员之间的情感距离。要想成为一名优秀基层管理者,就应在尊重职工,理解职工、关心职工上多下功夫。尊重职工,就是要尊重职工的基本权利,尊重职工的辛勤劳动,肯定组员在劳动中付出的代价,要在一定场合表扬他们的“闪光点”,绝不能将
