随着社会主义市场经济的确立,我国企业的发展面临着更大的挑战。企业的财务管理成为企业管理的重要组成部分。而对我国企业的财务管理工作进行信息化建设能够确保企业财务信息的及时性、准确性和透明性,有利于提升企业的管理水平。在进行企业财务管理信息化协同模式的建设时,要针对其特点和存在的问题进行一系列改进,从而增强企业财务管理决策的可靠性,提升企业的竞争力,推动企业的良好发展。
