「书到用时方嫌少」,这句话真是不假。我在学校里一向以淘气出名,书自然比别的同学念得格外少一些。毕业以后,工作摆在眼前,总是觉得书念得太不够用,时常渴望着能有一个机会再进学校。也有另外一种情况:不只是自己念的书太少,而且感觉到书并不能解决全部问题,——书的本身也贫乏得很。有些问题来了,不是单靠查书可以解决的。查书解决不了问题,有时候是因为书上没有,查不着;自然,也有时候是因为自己接受不了。不管原因是属于那一种,反正要想解决这类问题,就得自己想办法去摸索。纵使书本上有,自己也学过,可是情况、条件是千差万别的,把书本上的知识结合到实际工作上面,也常常是困难重重的。书本多半是抄来抄去的,那上所说的适合于我们的要求不适合,只有我们自己想法子判断才行。因此,大家交流一些经验很有必要。书本上所没有的宝贵经验大家谈一谈;或是书本上虽然有可是大家没有重视的,互相提醒一下;或是书本上说的和实际不相符合,我们把它指出来。这种交流可以互相帮助提高,在工作中可以少走很多弯路,减少人力物力的浪费,对于今后的建设事业,是有重大的意义的。我自己虽然也得到过一张毕业证书,可是在药师队伍里实在是一名提不起来的小卒。毕业十多年了,谈不上什么成绩,但是十年总不算一个短时期,在这十年里头,总会拾得一些鸡毛蒜皮的小经验的。既然是希望别人把经验交流给我,自己的那一些鸡毛蒜皮为什么不先写出来呢?这就是我写「药厂经验谈」的动机。希望我的鸡毛蒜皮能够引出经验丰富的同志们的山珍海味来。
It is true that there are too few books to use in time. I have always been famous in school naughty, naturally better than any other book to read a few less. After graduation, work in front of us, always think the book read too much, often eager to have a chance to go to school again. There is another situation: not only do I read too few books, but I feel that the book does not solve all the problems. - The books themselves are poorly matched. Some problems are not solved by checking books alone. It can not solve the problem, sometimes because there is no book, it can not be found. Naturally, it is sometimes because of its own unacceptability. Regardless of the reason is that one, in any case want to solve such problems, you have to find ways to explore. Even though we have learned in books, we can learn from them. However, the conditions and conditions are quite different. It is also often difficult to integrate the knowledge of books into practical work. Most of the books are copied to the copy, that is not suitable for our requirements, we only think of ways to judge. Therefore, it is necessary to exchange some experiences. We have pointed out the valuable experience that we did not have in our books, or we can not give a reminder to each other though there are books on the book that are not valued by the people. This kind of exchange can help each other to improve. In their work, they can take many detours and reduce the waste of manpower and material resources, which is of great significance to the future construction. Although I also got a diploma myself, but in the pharmacist ranks really is a mention pawn. After graduating for more than a decade, I can not say anything. However, I am not short of a decade. In this decade, I will always find some trivial experience. Since I wanted to share my experience with me, why did not my own skin care first write it? This is my motto for writing “Pharmaceutical Experiences.” I hope my triviality can lead the delicacies of experienced comrades.
