当代的文学经典研究主要从文学的外部研究切入,本文将陌生化与文学经典联系思考,主要建立在对以往文学经典标准讨论中对文学经典独特性的忽视,以及对文学经典最终塑造群体一欣赏者的期望的反思。陌生化作为形式主义者提出的艺术手法,是艺术的根本特征,可以体现文学作品的独特性。从陌生化本身来看,它一方面借助创新的文学艺术手法消除了读者感受的自动化,带来读者全新的审美感受和反思,另一方面注重读者的期待,延长了读者的感受时间,因而化解了传统形式与内容的二元对立,从文学内部解释了文学经典之所以恒久而散发文学艺术魅力的原因,当然也就为文学经典的形成提供了一条可资借鉴的道路。
