本文利用EXCEL中的财务函数,对当前房地产业中个人购房抵押贷款业务的还贷问题从原理和方法上进行分析和计算,并从个人理财的角度提出作者本人的观点。
This article makes use of the financial function in EXCEL to analyze and calculate the loan repayment problem of personal home mortgage loan business in the current real estate industry from the principle and method, and puts forward the author’s point of view from the perspective of personal finance.
