利用籼粳交 (0 2 4 2 8/特青 )花培 DH群体 ,研究了稻米表观直链淀粉含量 (AAC)及其组成因子——热水不溶性直链淀粉含量 (HISAC)和热水可溶性直链淀粉含量 (HSAC)的遗传特性。结果表明 ,HSAC和 HISAC都表现为一对主效基因遗传 ,且两者表现为连锁遗传关系。用 Amys( t) 表示控制 HSAC的基因 ,用 Amyi( t) 表示控制 HISAC的基因 ,两基因的连锁遗传距离为 12 .9c M。由于 Amys( t) 和 Amyi( t) 相互连锁 ,因此 AAC在总体上表现为一对基因遗传
The amylose content (AAC) of rice and its components - hot water insoluble amylose content (HISAC) and hot water were studied by using DH population of indica and japonica hybrids (02482 / Teqing) Genetic characteristics of soluble amylose content (HSAC). The results showed that both HSAC and HISAC showed a pair of major gene inheritance, and both showed linkage genetic relationship. The genes controlling HSAC are expressed by Amys (t), the genes controlling HISAC are represented by Amyi (t), and the genetic distance between the two genes is 12.9cM.
