目的 分析放射技术在肺部肿瘤诊断方面的应用效果.方法 选择2016年5月至2018年5月于我院就诊的87例疑似肺部肿瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均经胸部X、螺旋CT及联合检查,由2名以上专业医生进行双盲阅片,意见不一全科会诊,之后经手术病理学检查进行确诊.结果 87例疑似肺部治疗患者最终确诊结果为转移性肺癌占21.84％,中央型肺癌占31.03％,周围型肺癌占14.94％、肺错构瘤占32.18％,螺旋CT联合胸部X诊断结果为转移性肺癌占19.54％,中央型肺癌占33.33％,周围型肺癌占14.94％、肺错构瘤占32.18％,肺部良性肿瘤诊断符合率为100％,恶性肿瘤诊断符合率为96.61％,与最终确诊结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 放射技术在良恶性肺部肿瘤诊断方面的应用效果显著,确诊率高.
