Over the past decade, the number of students in Asia who have gone to higher education in Australia has almost doubled. For Australian law educators, the challenge is how to design carefully designed courses that teach them how to deal with complex legal issues around the world; how they should be as attentive as possible in their lectures The relevance of the course, so that students benefit the most. This requires designers to adopt a multidisciplinary, international approach to designing courses. This essay attempts to analyze these challenges from the perspective of educators, and through two examples in teaching, explore the teaching methods of teaching law courses to Asian students, point out existing problems and propose measures for improvement.
