北京市京密引水管理处(下简称“京引”)成立于1958年,隶属北京市水务局。下设15个科室、12个基层单位,现有在职职工581名。京引主要职责为水资源调度、供给、保护,水利工程运行管理、防汛及林业管理等。半个多世纪以来,京引发扬优良传统,出色完成了各项工作任务,为保障首都水资源供给发挥着不可替代的作用,为首都北京的经济社会发展做出了贡献。京引供水系统包括:怀柔水库、京密引水渠、怀柔应急备用水源及潮河总干渠。怀柔水库位于北京市怀柔区城西怀沙河、怀九河交汇处,属海河流域潮白河水系。始建于1958年。经过多次改扩建,目前水库控制流域面积525 km~2,总库容1.44亿m~3,属大Ⅱ型水库,主要功能是为京密引水
Beijing Jingmi Water Diversion Management Office (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing Lead”) was established in 1958 and attached to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Water Resources. Under the 15 sections, 12 grassroots units, the existing 581 serving workers. Beijing lead the main responsibilities of water resources scheduling, supply, protection, operation and management of water conservancy projects, flood control and forestry management. For more than half a century, Beijing has introduced the fine tradition of Yang and accomplished various tasks well. It has played an irreplaceable role in safeguarding the water supply in the capital and has contributed to the economic and social development of the capital Beijing. Beijing cited water supply system include: Huairou Reservoir, Jingmi diversion, Huairou emergency backup water and Chaohe main canal. Huairou reservoir is located in Huairou District of Beijing Huai River, Huai Jiu River Interchange, a Hai Chau Chaobai River. Founded in 1958. After several times of reconstruction and expansion, the current reservoir control basin covers an area of 525 km ~ 2 with a total storage capacity of 144 million m ~ 3. It is a large Ⅱ reservoir with the main function of water diversion
