广州铁路(集团)公司科研所、长沙机务段星光器材厂、张家界机务段1990年研制成功NJ—1调速器试验台,先后在张家界、广州、徐州北、株洲、襄樊北、南口、武昌南、徐州南、上海机务段、唐山机车车辆厂等10多个段(厂)推广使用,取得了显著的经济和安全(社会)效益。 联合调节器是内燃机车柴油机关键的精密部件,其质量好坏,通常需要在机车水阻试验台或柴油机试验站进行试验,费时费工费燃料,且质量难以保证。
Guangzhou Railway (Group) Company Scientific Research Institute, Changsha Locomotive Depot Starlight Equipment Factory, Zhangjiajie Locomotive Depot was successfully developed in 1990, NJ-1 governor test bed, successively in Zhangjiajie, Guangzhou, Xuzhou North, Zhuzhou, Xiangfan North, South, Wuchang South , Xuzhou South, Shanghai Locomotive Depot, Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant more than 10 segments (plants) to promote the use and achieved significant economic and security (social) benefits.
