目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)在口腔鳞癌前臂皮瓣修复术后供区植皮中应用的可靠性。方法:28例口腔鳞癌游离前臂皮瓣修复患者,供区缺损采用全厚皮片修复,创面覆盖VSD装置。结果:治疗术后1周拆除VSD,除1例皮片部分坏死外,其余所有植皮全部成活,植皮创平整。切口愈合良好,无结痂、渗出及感染。随访3~10个月,植皮颜色接近正常皮色。手部运动、感觉功能正常。结论:VSD在口腔鳞癌前臂皮瓣修复术后供区植皮中应用安全、有效。
Objective: To investigate the reliability of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) applied to the skin graft of oral squamous cell carcinoma after forearm flap repair. Methods: 28 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma with free forearm flap were repaired. The donor site was repaired with full-thickness skin flap and covered with VSD device. Results: VSD was removed 1 week after operation, except for 1 case of skin necrosis, all the remaining skin grafts survived and skin grafts were flattened. The incision healed well without scab, exudation and infection. Follow-up 3 to 10 months, skin color close to normal skin color. Hand movement, feeling normal function. Conclusion: VSD is safe and effective in skin grafting of oral squamous cell carcinoma after forearm flap repair.
