读者来信为文章作者和期刊读者及编者提供一种交流的平台，它是对期刊内容进行的一种可持续对话。国内医学期刊此栏目的发展状况不太受重视的原因之一就是读者、作者及编者对此栏目的撰写要求不太了解，该文就这一方面作一说明。“,”Letters to the editor offer a platform for the communication between paper authors and journal editors, and allow a sustainable dialogue targeting journal contents. Little attention has been paid so far to such columns of domestic medical journals, and one of the reasons is that readers, authors and editors are not much aware of the requirements of writing such essays. This paper introduces and discusses this issue.
