从秦岭柴胡全植物中首次分离得到五个结晶化合物,其中四个化合物经化学方法及光谱分析等,分别鉴定为芸香甙(Ⅰ),水仙甙(Ⅱ),槲皮素(Ⅲ)和异鼠李素(Ⅳ)。
Five crystalline compounds were first isolated from the whole plant of Radix Bupleuri from the Qinling Mountains. Four chemical compounds were identified by the chemical method and spectroscopic analysis. They were identified as Ruthenium I (I), Narcissus (II), Quercetin (III) and Iso Rhodamine (IV).
