本刊《国际地震动态》为地震科技情报动态研究类刊物,附有中、英文对照的目录和主要文章摘要。本刊以摘译、编译、摘编、汇编、综述等多种形式刊登国际上、各国和我国在地震、地震预报和地球物理等有关的自然科学领域、地震和地震预报社会经济影响等有关的地震社会学领域的新理论、新方法、新技术等方面的科研学术成果文章和动态消息,以及学术交往活动、科研规划、会议、专业机构、知名人士、书刊介绍等报道。本刊的主要特色是包括中国地震专业学术研究和地方地震工作在内的综述性文章和地震社会学方面的文章每期均占有一定比例。本刊自1972年5月创刊以来,由于有关各方面的热情关怀和支持,在编辑方针、报道内容、版面编排和出版发行等方面均取得了一些进展,获得国内外好评。在1985年11月全国群测群防地
The magazine “International Seismological Trends” is a dynamic journal of scientific and technological intelligence on earthquakes, with a bilingual list of Chinese and English references and summaries of major articles.
