由于设计、施工等因素导致的我国地铁区间隧道渗漏水,衬砌掉块、厚度不足、开裂、脱空以及不密实等病害频发,严重危及地铁的运营安全。针对地铁区间隧道施工造成的衬砌质量缺陷,在分析缺陷成因基础上,对不同隧道缺陷的形式及缺陷的特性进行了统计分析。基于统计分析,对隧道衬砌施工中存在典型缺陷对隧道结构受力特性的影响进行了数值模拟研究,分析了衬砌背后空洞、不密实、厚度不足以及组合缺陷等条件下隧道衬砌的安全特性。基于数值模拟分析,提出了施工中隧道衬砌缺陷地质雷达无损检测的测线布置方式,指导了区间隧道衬砌质量的检测作业,取得了良好的效果。
As a result of the design and construction, the tunnels in the tunnels in our country’s metro area have serious problems such as seepage water, lining lumps, insufficient thickness, cracking, emptying and lack of solidity, which seriously endanger the operation safety of the MTR. Aiming at the defects of lining quality caused by subway tunnel construction, based on the analysis of the causes of defects, the forms and defects of different tunnels are analyzed statistically. Based on the statistical analysis, the numerical simulation of the influence of the typical defects in the tunnel lining construction on the stress characteristics of the tunnel structure is conducted. The safety characteristics of the tunnel lining under the condition of the cavity is not dense, the thickness is insufficient and the combination of defects are analyzed. Based on the numerical simulation analysis, this paper puts forward the line arrangement of geological radar nondestructive testing for tunnel lining defects in construction, and instructs the testing work of tunnel lining quality in tunnels with good results.
