目的:建立了胡颓子叶药材的指纹图谱分析方法,为胡颓子叶药材质量控制提供新的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为Agilent ZOTBAX XDB-Phenyl C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相0.1%磷酸水-乙腈梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长360 nm。运用国家药典委员会“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件A版”对12批胡颓子叶药材进行相似度评价。结果:以银锻苷为参照峰,确定了16个共有峰构成12批胡颓子叶药材的指纹特征指纹图谱,各批样品的相似度均>0.8。并采用欧氏距离平方法进行聚类分析。结论:该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可为胡颓子叶药材的质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the fingerprint analysis of medicinal materials of Elaeagnus and provide a new method for the quality control of medicinal materials of Elaeagnus. Methods: The HPLC conditions were as follows: Agilent ZOTBAX XDB-Phenyl C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), gradient elution with 0.1% phosphoric acid in water and acetonitrile, column temperature 30 ℃, flow rate 1.0 m L · min-1, detection wavelength of 360 nm. Using the National Pharmacopoeia Committee “Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system software version A ” 12 batches of Elaeagnus leaves medicinal material similarity evaluation. Results: The fingerprinting fingerprints of 12 batches of Elaeagnus bungei leaves with 16 common peaks were identified with the peaks of spirocheta as the reference, and the similarity between batches of samples was> 0.8. The Euclidean distance method was used for cluster analysis. Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable with good repeatability and can provide the basis for the quality control of Elaeagnus.
