[目的]建立乳制品中三聚氰胺的亲水相互作用液相色谱测定方法。[方法]样品中三聚氰胺经提取后,用OasisMCX固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈-0.02mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,HILIC柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。[结果]三聚氰胺浓度在0.5~20μg/ml范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系,最低检测限为0.5mg/kg,测定相对标准偏差在1.8%~8.0%之间,回收率在86%~96%之间。[结论]该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于乳制品中三聚氰胺的检测。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of melamine in dairy products by hydrophilic interaction chromatography. [Method] The samples were extracted with melamine and purified with OasisMCX solid phase extraction column. Acetonitrile - 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate was used as the mobile phase, HILIC column was separated and detected by diode array detector. [Results] The concentration of melamine in the range of 0.5 ~ 20μg / ml, the peak area and the concentration showed a good linear relationship with the lowest detection limit of 0.5mg / kg, the relative standard deviation of determination of 1.8% to 8.0%, the recovery was 86% ~ 96% between. [Conclusion] The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the detection of melamine in dairy products.
