观察方法:在三项支持疗法及三项对症疗法基础上治疗HIE患儿35例,每次2~3ml静滴,2次/天,同期将未用丹参的30例作为对照。结果:治疗35例显效30例,有效4例,无效1例,较对照组30例差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:丹参有保护窒息后脑损伤的作用,又是钙通道阻滞剂,对抗氧自由基,并能稳定细胞膜,扩张脑血管。对HIE有较好疗效。
Observation methods: 35 patients with HIE were treated with three supportive therapies and three symptomatic therapies, each with 2 ~ 3ml intravenous drip, 2 times / day. Meanwhile, 30 patients who did not take Salvia miltiorrhiza for the same period were taken as control. Results: Treatment of 35 cases markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 4 cases, 1 case, compared with the control group 30 cases, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza has the effect of protecting brain injury after asphyxiation, and is also a calcium channel blocker against oxygen free radicals, and can stabilize the cell membrane and dilate cerebrovascular. HIE has a good effect.
