目的 观察重复 +GZ应激对大鼠血清心肌酶谱的影响 ,进一步验证 +GZ对心肌的损伤效应。 方法 2 4只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、+1GZ 组和 +10 GZ组 (每组 n=8)。+10 GZ组实验条件为 :+10 GZ峰值 30 s,5次 / d(间隔 +1GZ1m in) ,3d /周 ,共 3周 ;+1GZ组每天+1GZ暴露 5 min,对照组不受加速度作用。于末次 +GZ实验后次日断头处死大鼠 ,收集血清 ,用全自动生化分析仪测定心肌酶谱的变化。 结果 +1GZ组与对照组相比血清心肌酶谱无明显差别 ,+10 GZ组血清乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶及其同工酶、谷草转氨酶活性均较对照组和+1GZ组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 重复 +GZ应激使大鼠血清心肌酶谱明显升高 ,进一步证实了高 G应激可致心肌细胞损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of repeated + GZ stress on serum myocardial enzymes in rats and further verify the effect of + GZ on myocardial injury. METHODS Two 4 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control, + 1GZ and +10 GZ groups (n = 8 for each group). +10 GZ group: +10 GZ peak 30 s, 5 times / d (interval + 1GZ1m in), 3d / week for 3 weeks; + 1GZ group + 1GZ daily exposure for 5 min, the control group was not affected by acceleration . The rats were sacrificed the next day after the last + GZ experiment, serum was collected, and the changes of myocardial enzymes were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in serum myocardial enzymes between the + 1GZ group and the control group. The activities of serum LDH, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase and its isozymes and aspartate aminotransferase The control group and + 1GZ group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Repeated + GZ stress significantly increased serum myocardial enzymes, further confirming that high G stress can cause myocardial cell injury.
