职业素养是劳动者对社会职业了解与适应能力的一种综合体现,其主要表现在职业兴趣、职业能力、职业个性及职业情况等方面。职校学生在校期间的学习实际上就是一个职业准备阶段,因此培养她们形成良好的职业素养是职校最重要的任务。班主任是班级管理的组织者和指导者,班主任管理工作始终贯穿整个教育过程,是学校教育中最基本也是最重要的一个环节。因此中职校的班主任工作,在培养学生职业素养方面起着不可替代的作用。
Professional accomplishment is a comprehensive manifestation of laborers’ ability to understand and adapt to social occupations. Their performance mainly lies in their professional interest, professional ability, professional personality and occupational situation. Vocational school students in school during the study is actually a vocational preparation stage, so training them to form a good professionalism is the most important task of vocational schools. Class teacher is the organizer and director of class management, class teacher management throughout the entire education process is the most basic and most important part of school education. Therefore, the class teacher in secondary vocational schools, plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ professional accomplishments.
