采用随机引物法制备地高辛素标记HCMV DNAJ片段（AD169株）作为探针，建立了HCMV DNA班点杂交试验。实验结果表明探针特异性好，敏感性高，能检测到1Pg的DNA同源片段。探针不与单纯疱疹病毒I型（HSV-I）、单纯疱疹病毒II型（HSV-II）及未感染的人胚肺细胞的DNA发生杂交。与病毒分离法比较，地高辛素探针的敏感性为85.7%（6/7），特异性为92.3%（12/13），符合率为9
