In July 1914, the outbreak of the First World War by the imperialists divides the world. At that time, Japan had just ended the Meiji era (1868-1912) which lasted 45 years and entered the Taisho period (1912-1926). During this period, through the Meiji Restoration, Japan achieved revolutionary changes in all fields and established the capitalist system to rank among the ranks of the powers. After the outbreak of the war, the United Kingdom demanded that Japan help its armed German ships with the threat that its German Toyo fleet in Qingdao, China, threaten the safety of its merchant ships. Japan saw this as an excellent opportunity to expand its influence in the Far East and officially declared its participation in the war in August under the name of the Japan-British Alliance. Taking this as an opportunity, Japanese capitalism has infused new vitality.
