通过对碳化硅冶冻炉表面温度的分析、研究,找出了炉芯体发出热量的主要损失渠道,炉体表面温度对单位电耗的影响关系,以及选择送电量的理论依据。
Through the analysis and study on the surface temperature of the silicon carbide smelting furnace, the main loss channels of the furnace core heat, the influence of the furnace surface temperature on the unit power consumption, and the theoretical basis for the selection of the power transmission are found out.
