目的观察10%硼酸胶饵实验室及现场灭蜚蠊效果,以及滞留喷洒和胶饵灭蜚蠊效果比较。方法按照国家标准GB/T17917.7-2009和GB/T17917.10-2009进行实验室和模拟现场的毒效观察;采用目测法,在现场先后滞留喷洒和施用胶饵观察蜚蠊下降率,评价杀灭效果。结果实验室和模拟现场施药后2d德国小蠊全部死亡,现场实验施药前德国小蠊平均密度为169.25只/15min,10%顺式氯氰菊酯悬乳剂+80%敌敌畏乳油复配滞留喷洒处理后第1周和第2周,德国小蠊平均下降率分别为9.60%和6.29%;之后采用10%顺式氯氰菊酯乳剂和20%残杀威乳油复配滞留喷洒,处理后第3周和第4周德国小蠊平均下降率分别为6.63%和5.51%;最后采用硼酸胶饵杀灭蜚蠊,第1周和第2周德国小蠊平均下降率分别为94.10%和100%,1个月后进行密度调查,德国小蠊平均密度为1.38只/15min。结论对抗药性极高的德国小蠊采用滞留喷洒杀灭效果不明显,而10%硼酸胶饵对蜚蠊具有良好的杀灭效果,不易产生抗药性,建议多采用胶饵杀灭蜚蠊。
