克山病病人运动负荷后P波和心房音的变化

心功不全时,因左室舒张期终末压、左房压力上升,能引起心电图的P波与心音图的第四音——心房音振幅变化。有人提出有潜在性或早期的心功不全,其症状、体征或对照的心电图与心音图均不明显,当然运动负荷后其P波和心房音出现改变,借此可早期发现心功不全病人。我们为早期诊断克山病的心功不全,于1973年冬在点区对26例潜在型,为对照5名慢型克山病和29例健康人群,做了运动负荷试验,重点观察P波和心房音的变化。兹将结果报告如下: Heart failure, due to end-diastolic left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, left atrial pressure, can cause ECG P-wave and phonocardiogram of the fourth sound - atrial tone amplitude changes. We early diagnosis of Keshan disease of heart failure, in the winter of 1973 in the point area of ​​26 cases of latent type, control for 5 chronic Keshan disease and 29 healthy people, made the exercise load test, focusing on the observation of P wave And atrial tone changes.
