嘉政发[2016]8号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府各部门、直属各单位:为贯彻落实《国务院关于大力发展电子商务加快培育经济新动力的意见》(国发[2015]24号)和《浙江省人民政府关于大力发展电子商务加快培育经济新动力的实施意见》(浙政发[2015]49号)精神,大力推进我市电子商务提升发展,培育促进经济转型发展的新动力,现提出如下实
In order to implement the “Opinions of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Electronic Commerce and Accelerating Economic Development” (Guofa [2015] No. 8), the people’s governments of all counties (cities and districts), all departments and units directly under the municipal government: 24) and the Opinions of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government on Implementing E-commerce to Accelerate Fostering a New Driving Forces (Zhezhengfa [2015] No. 49), and vigorously promote the development of e-commerce in our city to nurture the development of promoting economic restructuring The new impetus is hereby put forward as follows
