在明胶作用下,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯为原料,通过自由基共聚制备了阳离子氟碳乳液(CFE),通过粒径、AFM、FT-IR、热重、接触角测量仪等分别研究了CFE的乳胶膜表面形貌、结构特征、润湿性等;通过接触角法考察了CFE作为纸张表面施胶剂的应用效果。结果表明,在明胶添加量为1%时,CFE乳液稳定,乳液粒径120nm,水在纸张表面的接触角可达126°,涂膜具有良好的疏水性能。
Under the action of gelatin, cationic fluorine was prepared by free radical copolymerization using styrene, methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate as raw materials (CFE). The surface morphology, structural characteristics, wettability and so on of latex films of CFE were studied by means of particle size, AFM, FT-IR, TG and contact angle measuring instrument. Application as paper surface sizing agent. The results showed that the CFE emulsion was stable at 1% gelatin and the emulsion particle size was 120 nm. The contact angle of water on paper surface reached 126 °. The coating had good hydrophobic property.
