苏教版《义务教育数学课程标准实验教科书数学》一年级上册,是在深入调查研究小学数学教学现状,分析国内外小学数学教育成功经验的基础上,按照国家教育方针和国家基础教育课改精神,依据《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《标准》),从适应社会和学生发展的要求出发编写的。教材着眼于提高学生的数学综合素质和为学生可持续发展奠定基础,注重改变学生的学习方式,突出课程教育中培养学生的创新意识和实践能力这一重点。因此,她既适应新时期培养目标的要求,又符合教育教学的新理论和数学教育的新理念。本册教材于2001年经全国中小学教材审定委员会初审通过,2001年秋季已在国家基础教育改革部分实验区使用。
