深圳市宝安区社会福利中心2002年成立,建院仅十余年,和全国福利机构相比,起步较晚,算是新兵。短短十余年,宝安福利中心实现了从艰苦创业、规范管理到儿童养、教、治、康全面发展,跻身国内先进福利机构行列。回顾宝安福利中心十年历程,不难看出,作为一家新生代福利机构,能够如此迅速实现跨越式发展,这与宝安福利中心在制度建设标准化建设方面
Bao’an District, Shenzhen Social Welfare Center was established in 2002, only 10 years to build a hospital, compared with the national welfare agencies, started late, considered recruits. In just a short span of ten years, Bao’an Welfare Center has achieved the all-round development of welfare, education, governance and health from the arduous pioneering and standardized management to the ranks of advanced welfare agencies in China. After reviewing the ten-year history of Baoan Welfare Center, it is easy to see that as a new-generation Welfare Institution, it is possible to achieve leapfrog development so rapidly, which is in line with the standardization of the system construction of Bao’an Welfare Center
