目的了解医用辐射防护现状,科学实施医疗机构放射诊疗防护监督管理。方法对抽取的14个地市开展放射诊疗的医疗机构进行全面调查。结果开展放射诊疗的医疗机构2 696家,放射诊疗设备3 695台套,年放射诊疗总量1 580万人次,放射工作人员9 038人。组织机构及制度建设、防护配套设施、诊疗设备性能检测与职业病危害评估总体状况仍不理想。结论规范开展放射诊疗活动,仍需卫生监管部门和放射诊疗机构共同努力。
Objective To understand the status quo of medical radiation protection and scientifically implement the radiation medical supervision and management of medical institutions. Methods A comprehensive investigation was carried out on the medical institutions that conducted radiological treatment in the 14 cities in the province. Results There were 2,696 medical institutions for radiation therapy and 3,695 radiotherapy and treatment facilities, with a total annual radiological treatment of 15.8 million and radiological staff of 9,038. The overall status of organizational structure and system construction, protective facilities, performance testing of diagnostic equipment and occupational hazards assessment are still not satisfactory. Conclusion It is still necessary for health regulatory authorities and radiotherapy clinics to work together to standardize the radiotherapy and treatment activities.
