《尚書注疏》自宋代國子監刻單疏本、宋兩浙東路茶鹽司刻八行本、宋魏縣尉宅刻九行本、元刻十行本,至清嘉慶阮元刻附《校勘記》本,版本甚多,其間輾轉校刊,文字多異。阮元《校勘記》在當時集其大成,堪稱里程碑,但限於條件,宋元刊本多未親校,明清刊本亦校之未盡,亟待補校。本文在彙校之餘,對各本是非、前賢舊説,多有訂補,共計四十一條。
