应该承认,现行高考制度实行了二十多年,在拨乱反正、选拔人才方面,发挥了积极的作用。但是,随着时代的发展,特别是高等教育大众化进程的加快,现行的高考制度也日益显露出种种落后于时代的弊端。(1)不利于推进中小学素质教育、减轻学生负担;(2)不利于增强高等学校在专业人才选拔上的自主性;(3)不利于不同地区、不同高校的分类指导。有人说:“庆父不死,鲁难未已;考试不改,教育难兴。”虽然言重了一些,但是道出了考试改革的迫切性。
It should be acknowledged that the current system of college entrance examination has been in operation for more than 20 years and has played a positive role in disarming anybody and selecting qualified personnel. However, with the development of the times, especially the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, the current college entrance examination system is also increasingly revealing the drawbacks lagging behind the times. (1) is not conducive to promoting quality education in primary and secondary schools and alleviating the burden on students; (2) not conducive to enhancing the autonomy of colleges and universities in selecting professionals; and (3) not conducive to the guidance of classification in different regions and universities. Some people say: “The foster father is immortal, the loneliness does not exist; the examination does not change, and the education is hard to come by.” Although the emphasis was on some, the urgency of exam reform was revealed.
