研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)作为单一脱墨剂在旧报纸浮选脱墨中的应用。结果表明,PDADMAC能中和溶解的阴离子物质,从而形成小颗粒。这些小颗粒和油墨、填料、细小纤维一起牢固地吸附在气泡表面,其功能相当于起泡剂。因此,在浮选脱墨中无需使用传统的表面活性剂。与传统的脂肪酸/脂肪酸钙系统相比,PDADMAC作为单一脱墨剂具有更高的油墨、灰分、阴离子垃圾去除率。这种单一的浮选剂可用在酸性、中性和碱性的脱墨过程中。
The application of polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDADMAC) as a single deinking agent in the deinking of old newspapers was studied. The results show that PDADMAC can neutralize the dissolved anionic species and form small particles. These small particles and ink, fillers, fine fibers together firmly in the bubble surface, its function is equivalent to the foaming agent. Therefore, it is not necessary to use conventional surfactants in flotation deinking. Compared with the traditional fatty acid / fatty acid calcium system, PDADMAC as a single deinking agent has a higher ink, ash, anionic waste removal rate. This single flotation agent can be used in acidic, neutral and alkaline deinking process.
