在批林批孔运动普及、深入、持久的发展的大的好形势下,为落实毛主席“抓革命、促生产”的伟大指示,在省林业局的直接领导下,我省落叶松早期落叶病防治试验协作组,于8月30日至9月1日召开了“落叶松早期落叶病防治技术现场鉴定会议”。参加这次会议的有:省落叶松早期落叶病防治试验协作组的同志,有来自生产,科研,教学单位的工人、科技人员及教师的代表,会议还邀请了农业部安阳林药厂,吉林省林业科学研究所,省森林保护站,本溪市林业局,抚顺市林业局的同志,与会代表共三十二人。
