On November 16, 2004, Jiang Ping, a professor of China University of Political Science and Law, turned to the public interest litigation at the International Seminar on “The Constitution and Lawyer Profession” hosted by the All-China Lawyers Association and hosted by the Center for Constitutional and Civil Rights of Tsinghua University. Lawyers must take care of the interests of disadvantaged groups as their own responsibility and promote constitutional construction in China through public interest litigation cases one by one.
