目的探讨人工流产后继发不孕的常见原因及诊断治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2005年6月至2010年5月所收治的不孕患者的临床资料,其中210例患者为流产后继发不孕,对其进行分析。结果分析发现引起人工流产后继发不孕的的为输卵管梗阻、月经不调、盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症,其中人工流产后输卵管梗阻为最主要的原因。结论从根本上减少人工流产后继发不孕的发生,并根据不同的原因采取有效的治疗,尽量帮助患者可以妊娠。
Objective To investigate the common causes and diagnosis and treatment of secondary infertility after induced abortion. Methods The clinical data of infertile patients admitted from June 2005 to May 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 210 of them were secondary infertility after abortion and analyzed. Analysis of the results found that the cause of secondary infertility after induced abortion fallopian tube obstruction, irregular menstruation, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, tubal obstruction after abortion is the most important reason. Conclusions To reduce the incidence of secondary infertility after induced abortion, and to take effective treatment according to different reasons to try to help patients with pregnancy.
