目的探讨microRNA-152(miR-152)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征间关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测70例胃癌组织及其相应癌旁正常组织中miR-152表达水平,分析其与患者临床病理指标间关系。结果 58例(82.9%)胃癌组织中miR-152表达下调;胃癌组织miR-152表达水平(ΔCT=5.30±1.47)低于癌旁正常组织(ΔCT=3.87±1.79)(P<0.01);胃癌组织中miR-152低表达在肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴转移及TNM分期上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-152在胃癌组织中表达明显下调,可促进胃癌发生、发展,可能成为胃癌诊断与治疗的重要生物学标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-152 (miR-152) in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of miR-152 in 70 cases of gastric cancer and its adjacent normal tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of miR-152 was down-regulated in 58 cases (82.9%) of gastric cancer tissues. The expression of miR-152 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (ΔCT = 3.87 ± 1.79, ΔCT = 5.30 ± 1.47) The low expression of miR-152 in the tissue had significant differences in the depth of tumor invasion, lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of miRNA-152 in gastric cancer is significantly down-regulated, which may promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and may be an important biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
