生理学、药理学、病理学等是重要的医学基础学科,联系理论开好基础医学实验课,更好的为临床学科打基础。但作为医学实践的基础课程,我们开设的相当一部分实验项目,仅粗略验证一些生理现象,对指导学生今后工作的实践意义不大,实验的目的性不完全正确。用实验录像代替实验课,忽略了对学生加强基本技能练习这一环节。笔者就几年来的加强实验教学实施情况谈几点体会。
Physiology, pharmacology, pathology is an important medical disciplines, contact theory to open a good basic medical experimental class, and lay a better foundation for clinical research. However, as the basic course of medical practice, a considerable part of the experimental projects we set up only a little rough verification of some physiological phenomena. It is not meaningful to guide the students in their future work, and the purpose of the experiment is not completely correct. Experimental video instead of experimental class, ignoring the students to strengthen the basic skills of this part. The author in recent years to strengthen the experimental teaching implementation talk about a few experiences.
