应用显微解剖和微血管铸型方法,对30个人脑Heubner返动脉的脑外段和脑内段进行了观测.脑外段起自大脑前动脉远段(A_2)始部(46%)、大脑前动脉与前交通动脉连接处(AcoA)(28%)以及大脑前动脉近段(A_1)(23%).返动脉始段79%靠近A_1段,远段53%贴于A_1段上壁行径,终末段进入前穿质后续为脑内段.脑外段起始部管径0.68±0. 02mm,脑内段为0.36±0.02mm.扫描电镜观察了脑内段微血管构筑特点.掌握Heubner返动脉的解剖特征,对脑血管病的诊治具有重要意义.
