肿瘤的发生不仅与细胞的增殖和异常分化有关,也和细胞凋亡异常有关。Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族(inhibi-tor of apoptosis protein,IAP)的重要成员,它抑制细胞凋亡并在细胞分化中起重要作用。它在分化正常的细胞或组织中较少表达,但在肿瘤中大量表达;该基因可促使肿瘤组织生长,提高肿瘤组织的化疗耐药性并降低患者生存率,阻断其表达可以促进细胞凋亡并抑制肿瘤生长。因此,Survivin已作为肿瘤治疗的一种新靶点而被广泛研究。文中对Survivin在胰腺癌中的研究进展情况作一综述。

Therefore, Survivin has been widely studied as a new target for cancer therapy. The progress of the study of Survivin in pancreatic cancer is reviewed in this article.
